One problem, poland and czech rep are not in east europe man. That is central europe. There is middle, not east.
I agree, but they were still east of the Berlin wall though… most people still classify them as EE.

Anyone who has actually been to Belgrade in Serbia will agree the girls are way hotter than Czech Republic. Hottest women I have ever seen!

Yes, that is quite ordinary view in the streets of Kyiv or other major Ukrainian cities.
Easy to make friends with them too, not for quick sex though. You’ll have to work your way to there, because the culture there is old-fashioned: the girls are after relationship and not after quick sex.
If you want something classier – in abundance too, but there you’ll be in for tough competition well beyond the means of a budget traveler
