Good evening gents, hope you're all doing well.
Can anyone recommend good language learning software? I'm wanting to brush up on my Spanish, French and German whilst get my teeth around some basics in the Eastern European and Balkan languages. Also, it'd be great if there was a torrent/download of said software (I'm a stinge so don't want to pay the £400 that Rosetta Stone milks out of your per language per course!)

Hey Brown, if you only want to learn another language to pull a bird from another country,PM me and i will give you 2 good ideas that take away the need for that: one is for nightclub game and one for daygame.

for words memorization on any language, memrise.com probably one of the best there is, and it's free

Haven't tried Pimsleur or memrise.com, but have started to learn Swedish with Rosetta Stone. I've tried a few language learning courses, for me, RS is the best. The back of their box says "Used successfully by more than 10,000 schools, NASA, the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Army, and Thomson Reuters." They don't have all languages: i wanted to learn Norwegian however they don't make it, so i bought Swedish instead. love the Swedes!!

I torrented rosetta stone with 10 languages and I'm nearly through the first, Spanish. Works pretty good to me.

Gimp, every time I try to D/L Rosetta Stone the torrents are always missing files, sound quality is shite, or always something fucked. What site do you use?

I normally use pirate bay, iso hunt or kick ass torrents. Don't remember which I used though. I looked on kat.ph just now and saw they have a rs torrent with 31 languages, in case you want to get obsessive about language learning.

duolingo.com is a new free language learning website. It seems pretty cool.
how-to-learn-any-language.com is somewhat dead, but it points to a lot of language learning resources. Made by a swiss guy who learned spanish in 3 months and knows ~5 languages.
