Naughty Nomad: Not your typical backpacker story (update)

It’s here! Today, I’m ecstatic to announce the release of  my book, Naughty Nomad.  236 pages of all killer, no filler, action-packed adventures, with some of the craziest stories you’ll ever hear. As I’ve said, I’ve kept these close to my chest and the book is 95% new content I’ve kept secret!

Naughty Nomad  is the story of a young man who set out to discover the meaning of adventure, only to be pulled down the rabbit hole into a dark underworld filled with danger, drug smuggling, and wild sex. A journey into the heart of darkness, this is not your typical backpacker story.

UPDATE:

If you BUY NOW, Amazon are selling the paperback with a 30% discount!

You will also receive the NEW Naughty Nomad app FREE with both versions!

Here’s another review  from a guy who received an early copy:

When I picked up Naughty Nomad, I didn’t know what to expect. Holy cow, was I in for a ride! Damn! This guy is crazy! I can see why them call him the real life Indiana Jones. The chapters on Congo and Sudan in particular were really surreal and scary. Drug smuggling in war zones? WTF? All the sex stories were hilarious, too (in Shanghai, he runs off with some Triad boss’s underage daughter, for example). This book made me want to quit my job and has inspired me to have my own adventures. Real adventures! I’m recommending this book to every guy I know. A must-read!

I already started reading it and it is great. I like the pictures too. I always thought that pic of your on the motorbike was in the Philippines and I see I was right!

One question: I read the whole first section on SE Asia where you and Paddy had spent a month in Cambodia. Was Paddy still with that same first Cambodian girl?

I too know how intoxicating SE Asia can be! I can tell I’m overdue to go back to Cambodia. I love any place that is wild and undeveloped!

It wasn’t the rugby player, if that’s what’s your asking. It was some other hooker…

The discount on the release day was beyond generous, and I appreciate it as a long-term reader. I’m very excited to read about your adventures, and I hope you use the money I spent to fuel more of them.

I’m glad to see Patty upgraded! I was only in Cambodia for a few days, but would like to go back. I concur with you that it a wild dangerous place. I remember a local guy showing me he had a pistol stuck in his pants to make it clear to me that I should keep moving and not continue talking to that girl.

I read your book all at once. It started off a little slow, but by thailand, I found myself laughing through your whole book what a great read! But I missed the reason why you didn’t end up getting blood diamond. Anyway, can’t wait until your next book I hope you’ve already started on it. Your stories are the only exciting thing now that I’m back from europe it is definitely very depressing. Thinking thailand/cambodia then south africa and russia are my next destinations.

    NN,

Your book in paperback form is now showing as being listed on amazon.com for $999.99. That is not a typo.

What’s going on here, and when can we expect it to be back to normal price?

    Thx

My friend recently introduced me to your website, and I thought it was really cool and bought the book. Had to get it imported cos I’m living in Korea (for some reason it took like a month to finally arrive). Anyways, it only took me like 4 hours to read the entire book. I appriciate how you are not just a dude going around getting laid, but you have a deep interest in different cultures, and you are just a cool guy living the life with a chill sense of humour. I will be waiting for your next book!

      Cheers!

    Hey Mark,
I’m really enjoying your book and finished two more sections….only one more to go. I find you experiences, quite believable, because I experienced similar things when in these places. How many days did the journey from Cairo to Cape Town take? The Ricky and the “mermaid” story was very funny! How many days did the journey from Moscow to Manila take? Great book and can’t wait to read Naughty Nomad 2.

One other question: where did Danny get his epic suntan that you show in the picture? I must have missed where you told.

    • Naughty Nomad November 14, 2012 at 3:16 am #

      Glad you like it!
He got that burn in Philly.
      C2C took three months.
      M2M took 10 weeks.
